I think it right that those who read the Holy Scriptures, who have truly grasped the seeds and principles of this interpretation, should put forth more proofs for what has been said, so that they might to an even further degree refute the intentions of those who distort the faith. For they really have “forsaken” the God who begot them “and have dug broken cisterns for themselves” (Jer 2:13).
