Fragment 180: Our father Apollinaris was the first and only one who uttered that from the moved and the unmoved, both the energetic and the suffering, the Christ was one essence and composite nature, both moved by only one will and having done with one energy both miracles and sufferings. He illuminated to all the hidden mystery because he gave to the monad the honor only of only one essence and nature and showed those who divide it with verbal ingenuity are foreign to the wisdom hidden in him.
