Liberian Catalog entry on Julius
Taken from Dr. Glen Thompson’s The Correspondence of Pope Julius I, page xxxi:
Julius was bishop for fifteen years, one month, and eleven days in the time of Constantine, from February 6 in the consulship of Felicianus and Titianus until April 12 in the year of the fifth consulship of Constantius (II) and (the first) of Constantius (Gallus) Caesar. Among the many new churches he built were the basilica at the third mile on the Via Portuensis, the basilica of Valentinus at the second mile of the Via Flaminia, the basilica Iulia in region seven near the forum of the deified Trajan, the basilica across the Tiber in region fourteen near Callistus, and the basilica at the third mile on the Via Aurelia at Callistus.
